A few words about me...
My path to this point has been a winding one. It began with studies and a career in business, then programming, and finally, a career as a manager, trainer, speaker, and mentor.

For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the workings of the brain, consciousness, emotions, and their connection to the body. For several years now, I've been gradually exploring expanded states of consciousness, which has led me to work with hypnosis as a therapeutic tool. For most of my adult life, I traveled, lived, and worked abroad, but eventually returned to my hometown of Wrocław. It was here that I completed my psychology studies at SWPS University, which gave me the formal knowledge and skills to work with people and their problems. I'm also currently completing a four-year, certified Gestalt psychotherapy program. This holistic approach to psychotherapy is very close to my heart, as it integrates all aspects of human functioning: physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and spiritual.
Now I offer my time, knowledge, and experience as a psychologist, psychotherapist, and hypnotherapist. I help people regain balance, joy, and health.

ADHD diagnosis
Are you an adult who suspects you have ADHD?
A full diagnosis typically requires three appointments, with at least two required for a diagnostic interview.
The final meeting involves providing the diagnosis, recommendations for the future, and a written psychological opinion.

I offer various forms of support: consultations, psychotherapy, and therapeutic coaching, including for individuals with ADHD. In my work, I utilize a variety of techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, bodywork, and hypnosis.

One-off workshops, periodic therapeutic and development groups, permanent support groups and circles.
